Ah! I guess I was just remembering WDW and DL uniforms wrong. When Main Street operations at WDW started wearing red vests like DL I didnāt know which coast I was on! Haha

Agree. The (bermuda) shorts the CM is wearing aren't his size, they're too loose (see how he had to tighten his belt), and too long.
You have them flipped. The concept art is on the left in the post you quoted and the new, updated shorts are on the right.
