That's, um....an interesting design choice.

I'm not gonna say why, but I know I'm not the only one thinking it.
???? I don’t see it. I think it is a cute design! They have been playing pretty fast and loose with the term popcorn bucket with their design choices lately, so I like that you can actually use it for popcorn if you so choose.

The menus this year feel like, "Here are 8 ingredients, let's see what we can come up with" for each country. Nothing is really tripping my trigger, which is unusual because there are usually a handful of things that are really good. But maybe that's what happens when you continually lean on these festivals and force your staff to come up with new menus 3-4 times a year.

Why does all the AP merch have to be so obnoxious?
I don't get it either. I think APs will purchase far more merchandise if it tied to the park's legacy versus a simple print with PASSHOLDER labeled across it. You don't need to put Annual Passholder on AP-exclusive merch.

Could you imagine how much revenue they will generate from the fanbase if they sold 80s Epcot inspired merch?

Please explain how the merch is obnoxious?
The focus of the design is "PASSHOLDER" in big bold letters instead of Figment or the park or the festival or anything else. I refuse to buy AP-exclusive merch designed like that because it makes me feel like a walking billboard for the WDW AP, or worse, like I'm walking around with an obnoxious humble brag about shelling out hundreds for a pass while I'm in public. Ideally AP merch wouldn't refer to you owning an AP at all imho, but at worst it should be something small on the sleeve like Universal has been doing for a lot of their AP shirts.

Another cheap plastic piece of junk that fans will pay out the nose for only to have it sit collecting dust when they get home.
You mistyped, “Invaluable addition to your Figment merchandise collection that you must have!!!”
Maybe it is invaluable to you (it is to me as well) but for people who collect this stuff, it IS valuable because it’s a hobby that makes them happy.

I just find it wasteful. It's one thing to buy, for example, a nice resin Figment figurine from Art of Disney and display it on your mantle, but I've seen these overpriced, cheap plastic buckets just sitting around collecting dust in the corner of two family members' homes.

To each their own, though.
