Hurricane Milton coming to FL

There's a lot of footage of kids wading and swimming in flood water, so it's probably a warning for them. Or at least to their parents to tell their kids not to mess with it.
I did it as a kid and am still here. It was and is stupid but as you said lots of kids do it.
I once jumped in a storm swollen creek so cold I couldn't breathe, I was out in a flash, it was stupid
Kids do stupid stuff

Update from Walt Disney World:

Walt Disney World and Vero Beach Resort Hotel Guests: Please prepare to shelter indoors in your room or building beginning at 8:30 PM, as the storm is expected to intensify.
Anyone who's on property right now, did they send any sort of similar notification like this on in-room phone, letters, or TV?

It looks like Tampa Bay will skirt the catastrophic, some might say apocalyptic, storm surge that was feared with this storm. As they say, "it has to go somewhere" and I'm relieved to see this outcome will be avoided, as there was potential for 12-15 foot storm surge for up to 250,000 homes.
