On CNN a doctor was on advising on how much bacteria the floodwaters have and how it can wreck a person's digestive system if the person swallows the contaminated waters.

Does it really take a Dr. to advise such things; I would hope close to all would already know that.

There's a lot of footage of kids wading and swimming in flood water, so it's probably a warning for them. Or at least to their parents to tell their kids not to mess with it.

An hour or so ago he was bracing himself against the wind but in the opposite direction of the way the wind was hitting the trees lol.

This is when it pays to stay in a Deluxe Resort and have practically the entire resort to roam about if you get restless. Moderates and values can't say the same.
