If there's one thing that Florida is very good at, it's hurricane response. There are already 40,000 linemen staged across the impact area, and if recent storms serve as a guide, restorations will be swift and efficient for the vast majority of impacted areas.

However, the amount of damage, especially in areas affected by Helene, will impede their progress.
