My guess is some floats arrived and they were probably waiting on others. I would assume that's why there would be a delay. I have no idea though.

The timing of the debut announcement remains difficult, because it's not at a position where they are sure they can be ready. I feel it is going to be fairly short notice.

I still hear July as the goal but there are things they can’t know until they actually get all these floats going down Main Street with performers. And they aren’t there yet.
