Dynamic pricing at Starbucks?

Hello. We got a peppermint hot chocolate at the HS Starbucks on Saturday afternoon, and it was less than $6, and when we got another one (same size) in the evening at the same location it was more than $6. Seemed kind of odd. Not a big diff in price, but do they use dynamic pricing? Thanks!

I can tell you me local grocery store in Wisconsin back in October and November had 50 cents for each packet of hot cocoa sale.

And it's been a very disappointing stock. $9.4B in revenue. Actual earnings (profit) is much lower which is insane to when you're making $6 hot cocoa. I think Starbucks has some management issues too.

You are paying for the name not the actual product and foolish people fall for it. Never had Starbucks and never will
