Actually, it appears everything really is sold out, as refreshing the page briefly showed availability on a date I can't attend.

I didn't think she would actually get it.

It let me in, but all dates appear blocked out. In other words, I'm seeing the same thing I saw before the queue opened, which I don't think is what the rest of you are seeing. I have no idea what went wrong, but I'm really upset.

Can you try refreshing near dates you want? Times may open as people drop out or don't finalize.

Just got in, and there were only two availible spots within the late September dates i was looking into, both during MNSSHP on Sept 28th.

Ended up booking the 10pm as even though i normally prefer not to 'waste time' dining during the HallowParty.
However, this will be a fun exception i will gladly make...something new to experience during the Event this year!
So i am pretty happy it worked out this way!


I booked via my laptop through the website, using my WDW Account...for those curious or keeping tabs on tonights' shakedown.

Time to swig some rum and celebrate ..!

Final Tally for our party, One for the 2nd, two for the 4th. I wish everyone good success! FYI the 5th is almost booked up already, that's why I took 2 on the 4th spread out by 4 hours.

Guess I'll never understand people's greed. People booking 2-3+ spots and then comes brag about it on the forums where 90% of the people won't even get one. Kind of tone-deaf.

You have no idea of that person's circumstances. Joining a forum and making this your first post is kind of tone-deaf also.

Refreshing seemed a promising route. I snagged a great reservation after several minutes of trying, but then when I got to the final step, the system told me my session had time out and my reservation been released. I'm more than a little angry and frustrated.

Sooo close, I am sorry. Check back for sure, especially night before you want. And I am sure they'll allow walk ups or a waitlist.

Yeah, I feel too resentful right now to be excited about trying again. I'm sure that'll change, but as things stand, I feel totally duped by and angry at the queue system. I'm glad some anticipated it would open early; I naively assumed it would open at 7.

How long do we think the skull mug is going to last before it sells out?

I suspect they will have a lot of them as they will get good money for them and they aren't like super high quality, hand made mugs or anything (if they were they wouldn't be *only* $46)

be interesting if they add another specialty mug or maybe do like 2nd edition of this one

It will be interesting to watch over the next week as people shuffle their schedules. We'll get our skull mugs, but depending on the experience we may cancel the remaining two in favor of LapuLapus at the Tambu lounge with Dave, Cathy, and Siobahn where they actually make a decent drink.

Definitely think for people that didn't get reservations to keep checking closer to your dates and even day of as people can - and will - cancel up to 2 hours before their ADR time

and people will second guess if they really want to use up the park time on this and spend the money especially, like you were mentioning, people who have done it once, do they really need to do it again so soon? Maybe, if it is amazing, but we shall see
