The only silver lining is that this place is going to be dead after some initial curiosity - so maybe they'll use the space for something more compelling in a couple of years.
When's the last time you saw a crowd at a DVC booth? If average guests do actually trek up there, they will walk in, quickly figure what it is and say thank you, bye! Not a good use of family vacation Epcot time.

If they reopen this thing and still haven’t replaced this light that went missing years ago …Seems work on the exterior is wrapping up - photos from Saturday:
The real question guests will be asking after visiting, not "How do I sign up for a DVC?"

This will be the perfect site to sell...
The soon-to-be-announced... but not-yet-officially-named... Beach Club Tower!!! Yep. Another deluxe-to-DVC conversion, coming your way, whether you wanted one or not.
A rumored 12-story tower to be build on the site of the current east-wing of Beach Club. It will feature all the usual DVC room types, but half will feature theme park views. Other details are sketchy at this time, like dining options, pools, room breakdown, etc.

If one has to walk up all of those stairs to visit yet another waste-of-space DVC kiosk / space, there had better be something worthwhile to justify the trek.
These guys are all I ask for for Epcot’s Canada.
It would be a beauty.
