Yes. It was one of the two major pyro barges that is used heavily throughout the show. Lots of big shells launch from this damaged one.

It will be very noticeable in the finale.

Aha, this is why the execs were visiting. They didn't trust their hirelings to set the barges on fire without whistleblowing so they did it themselves. Unfortunately they couldn't tell the barges apart and hit the wrong one.

The O-Canada mulching was just an alibi.

Their hearts were in the right place this time, I think most of us wish they had succeeded.

They can probably set up something temporary to keep the shell in full

If it came to it, they could run with just half the pyro. Remember in they days off the wild fires when illum ran with zero pyro.
