The difference between factory and commercial kitchen is an important distinction. Commercial kitchens are nothing out of the ordinary. Just because it’s offsite doesn’t mean it’s all conveyor belts and freezer burn. People are still the baking cakes, they just have more room to do it.

I found a video of Cake Bake’s offsite facility in Kissimmee in case anyone’s interested (they show the whole building, but the actual baking space is about 30 secs in). Looks like your standard commercial kitchen to me.

I believe some of the items at the boardwalk deli / bakery are baked on site.
Which is the case with a lot of centralized food service operations. Particularly with baked goods, you do select items that are easy to do in a smaller space that have a strong olfactory presence.

The Cake Bake Shop isn’t using a factory. Just like they didn’t paint sheathing or install signage too early to fake progress. The need of some to repeatedly lie about some place because they don’t like it is just bizarre.

RIP to when they actually used to make treats in the confectionary on Main Street.

Yes, they are baked off-site in a commercial factory, similar to the vast majority of Disney treats.
It can't be the same as Disney, it's her facility. Disney doesn't really care what's in their commercially made stored in packages items whether good, bad or not. For an upscale resort like Riviera I wouldn't touch any of the packaged stuff there which is a shame but no surprise it's Disney.

Re-read what I wrote. Her stuff is made off-site, just like Disney's. I wasn't saying it was Disney's facility.
