Lightning Lane at Walt Disney World

If anyone is curious what a non-resort guest can get my booking window opened today. I got
HM 8:30am, pooh bear 11:20, Tiana 4:20
Nemo 9:40, SSE 1050 and Frozen 12:05.

I hope to push everything up but not bad for not getting the on-site perk.

EDIT: In case anyone cares. The same night I booked things I was able to move Pooh Bear to 9:30am, Tiana to 3:15pm, and Nemo up 10 mins to 9:30am. Honestly if I had my full choice of LLs at 21 days out, this is pretty much what I would have picked outside of pushing Nemo and SEE to park opening.
Just returned from the trip. If anyone is interested this is how it all went. We had a 21 month old with us and really had no interest in SM or Mission space for this trip

MK: 11/14/24:
Track 1: 8:30am HM>1:55 Peter Pan> noticed SM was broken, booked it x2 for ME passes while down(1 used for JC, 1 went unused)> 4:40pm Mermaid
Track 2: 9:30am Pooh>11:15am Buzz> 12:30pm Big Thunder> Basically instant Pirates (kept pushing until we wanted to ride)> 4:20pm Barnstormer (didn't use)
Track 3: 3:15pm Tiana>3:30 Carpets>4:40pm Dumbo
Also Standby: Tiki room, Country Bears, Small World, people mover

EPCOT 11/16/24:
Track 1: 9:30am Nemo>Soarin was pretty instant, but pushed to 11:40ish>
Track 2: 10:50am SSE>11:30am Living with the Land> noticed Figment was broken turned into ME (unused)> Keep moving figment back, to whatever time I wanted, but never ended up using it
Track 3: 12:05 Frozen>5:30pm Remy
Standby of Grand fiesta tour.

Also, side note went to AK on 11/13, there was no need for LLMP. We didn't ride FOP, but our longest wait of the day was 11 mins for Navi.

It appears Lightning Lane Premier Pass has sold out at Magic Kingdom and Hollywood Studios for Monday, November 25:

Yes, agreed!

We were just there last week and ALL waits were pretty low. Low enough to where we didn’t pay anything ride related, but still managed to ride all we wanted - sometimes multiple times .

The longest line in waited in was tron, which was 35 mins. Easy peasy.
You must be mistaken. We were just told by people in the parks 2 weeks ago that they were packed, lines were long, and dining reservations difficult to obtain. Are you sure Tron wasn’t 85 minutes and your rose-colored glasses aren’t altering your memories to push an agenda? 😉

I was also there last week. Went to AK on 11/13. Didn't ride FOP, but under 5 min wait for Safari, Everest, dino, and triceratops. I waited 12 mins for Navi at the end of the night.

MK of 11/14 (party day). I did LL for most attractions, but 10ish min wait for Buzz and small world. Finally EPCOT on 11/16 was actually busy, we LL everything but Frozen and remy were both posed over 70 mins when we rode and SSE and Soain were both 20+.

Past 4pm Buzz (4:05pm)

It would be nice if Disney found the balance where the people who would rather pay than wait could buy enough LLs to free up the standby lanes for the ones who can easily wait 35 minutes.

MK is in a weird place right now...
Only LLMP/LLSP left are Barnstormer (4:15), Dumbo (instant), Small world (2:25), Tea party (instant), Aladdin (3:20), Philharmagic (instant), Monsters inc (instant), and Speedway (2:20pm)

Which is absolutely wild because the highest waits in the park are:
60: Tron
55: 7D
50: Pan
35: JC
30: Space and Big Thunder
25: Barnstormer
20: Pooh, HM

So the parks aren't busy, but FOMO made everyone buy LLMP/LLSP today. I can't believe Buzz/Pirates are sold out before noon on a day where all but 3 rides are under 40 mins in the park. LLMP looks like I would expect... but standby looks like a nice September weekday. Party days do very strange things.

Those standby numbers are ridiculous to some people, including me. Could it be that people buying the LLs are the reason standby is not as high as in the past?

Wasn’t the goal to fix LLs so standby would move more quickly?

I view those waits as nothing. We are used to waiting in 90-120 minute queues at other parks all summer.
I know you do, but I'm not talking about you. As you have repeatedly acknowledged, Disney guests are not the same as people who frequent standard amusement parks.

I'm talking about the people who are Disney's target audience given how they decided to price structure their paid system.

These are nice low waits but as you say, the park is not busy.

When the park is busy the wait times raise rapidly then add in a breakdown or two and its havoc.

I think the only answer is that an extremely high % of guests bought LLMP at MK today out of fears of long lines due to thanksgiving week. However, because it's a party day (closes at 6pm) there are just not as many people in the park as they expected. DHS and AK look miserable today

Resort wide wait times at 2:00pm
205: ROTR
100: TOT. SDD
85: RNRC
80:FOP
65: TSM, Soarin, Navi, MMRR,
60: Remy, Safari, Frozen
55: 7D, MFSR, Kali, Alien,
45: EE
35: Tron, Star Tours, SM, Nemo, Pooh

Everything else is 30 mins or less.
