He could have called them back. In my experience, the customer service at ShopDisney is excellent, even if the website itself leaves a lot to be desired.My Dad once got 2 kids Halloween costumes and was missing an item. Guest Services said they were going to email him a shipping label to return the costumes. Never got the email. He figured he tried. After a year, he gave them to a friend to sell on Facebook.
