They are correct. The Seas with Nemo & Friends is also now on reduced hours 9 am to 7 pm for the foreseeable feature.

At this point Id be happy if just the hand railing lighting in the area worked. It's way too dark on those paths now. Would also be a big problem with the center rings. It is not designed to be properly lit without them, so they kinda have to do something right?

If they can’t get the show controls for lights to work why believe they could get show controls for lights and water to work?

Maybe you have a point there as to why but that didn't stop them from putting the lights, building seems different than maintenance for it to work. Whoever said get rid of Fountain of Nations a monument in itself makes no sense hence the area being called World Celebration!

I have a feeling that installation of a water featuer is only a pipe dream.

Meanwhile EU's foundation will be water, fountains, streams etc.. I thought Disney loved to compete behind Universal.

At this point, do we know if there are more things to try before they end up turning them off and starting over, or are they at the point where it's turn the lights off and leave them off?

Man if anything were to change then they obviously were hopeful that in their minds they would successfully had fixed them last month along with also corresponding the Soarin update!

the lighting was supposed to be the big dynamic kinetic component of the area...

Speaking of small fountain water features and kinetics and solid lighting in different colors, Mall at Millenia seems seems to be the star back again since it's tower is finally back to changing in different colors along with it's two elevators. So beautiful it's ashamed Epcot can't get something simple like this to the least.

Even the fiber optic floors had their issues down the line. But, at least they still worked and I would rather go with twinkling walkways instead.
