They were building a secondary kitchen at the same time they started this seating area nonsense, but I haven’t seen any updates.

Hilarious WDW and Florida doesn't want to consider building a Desert Land for Magic Kingdom which would be unique because Florida itself is not a desert. Especially considering Toy Story Land is so hot and has zero shade.It’s done!

Right? In July 2023 it was 108 degrees. I saw people at this restaurant pass out and get taken away on stretchers. There was no shade, and the line to just get water was sooo long.

This really seems to be a Florida thing for some reason. A new theme park was just built brimming with unshaded expanses, and majority outdoor attractions that shut down every day due to the summer storm weather.
Theme parks in Florida really need to stop kidding themselves. Build for sun. Build for storms.
