Um...that doesn't make sense. The UP ramp was not moving. In fact, it was covered in a lovely layer of leaves and dirt and it looked like it hadn't moved in awhile. The UP ramp would not be impacted by people exiting the attraction. And in fact, the DOWN ramp worked just fine. (Where people DO exit.)

It's possible the ramp was actually broken, but it does stop anytime the ride stops.

I also seen this happen a lot where the up ramp is down while its really busy because people are holding up the loading process by trying to finish there ice cream or drink before they get on board or trying to figure out how many people are in there party which in turn backs up the loading process especially at night this happens .

What I said was "down time" the up ramp not working is not a downtime. And do you in fact know that up ramp issue was guest caused or not? Did someone fall at the top of the ramp causing and emergency stop of the ramp to prevent those still coming up not to trip on that guest and due to emergency services being needed the ramp was never turned back on. That scenario is guest caused. The thing is we do not know if the issue is mechanical or an event requiring action. But either way the up ramp being turned off is not a down time and does nothing to affect the operration or experience of the attraction.

It was definitely broken last week. We were at MK 4 days and the ramp was broken all 4.

Maybe they will fix the stadium bleachers in the Progress City scene. One side has been tipped over for at least a year. They didn't even fix it during last year's refurb.

Still dissapointed that they never took the chance to use the new LED color lighting and only used it for Tests in 2009..This would have been one trippy ride...

Likely it's not a refurb but they want to use the track for Christmas Day parade filming of the hub.

Also I know that if the ride stop spiel goes off during any takes, they usually do a reshoot because of the audio.
