According to the link earlier in the thread, AP's are safe until the park reaches phase 4, which is when no one else is admitted for any reason.

I understand that FP+ now has a hand in phase closings. If you have FP+ reservations at MK, it overrides the phase close.

Would that mean one makes an advanced ride reservation for July 4 or New Years Eve and will be guaranteed entry short of phase 4?

Quite possible yes. I don't have all the info yet, but FP+ is now being taken into account.

Does that mean that people who have FP+ reserved but aren't physically in the park yet count towards the occupation numbers? On some level, it sounds like that may mean phase 4 could be reached quicker than in years past, depending on whether or not many of the people with later fastpasses have them spread throughout the day or all lined up for later in the evening.

exactly! And therefore impossible to get FP+ for notoriously busy days.

Looking at the park app, the wait times aren't that bad. With of coarse AK, and HS very light.

Everyone's probably at Uni hoping for more HP soft openings.

It looked like Cms were scanning tickets to board the monorail at Epcot.
