M.A.M.E. - multiple arcade machine emulator (the grand daddy of em all)...its the best for arcade games (new and old)..ROMS (games) are the problem...they are easy to get if you are in the "scene"...but an outsider will be out of luck. Since they really arent LEGAL (unless you actually own the game)...not many people make the games public...
For the OTHER systems (the same rules apply to roms) check out
www.zophar.net ...they have a list of EMUs for all systems...on the right of the site...you cant miss it.
If you lived closer to me I could burn you a stack of about 80 CDs that has litereally EVERY game imaginable (Yes..Im an emu addict) on em..i have a whole hard drive dedicated to emulators and roms (its in my mame box)...from the following systems::
Arcade (from 1970's to 2000 - The full romset according to MAME)

Anyone local here who wants to trade :fork:
This is a time consuming hobby BTW..im on a 56k and the game sizes range from 23k to about 150 megs depending on the system and the game....Ive been doing this since about 97ish and i just RECENTLY completed my SNES and N64 sets
