800 number for Disney?

Does anyone have a working 800 number for Disney reservations? I used to have some but none of them seem to work anymore.

407-WDISNEY is still a working number, but I think that the OP may have been hoping for a way to save $ by dialing a toll-free number:wave:

I'm sure that we have all been fortunate enough to get to spend several minutes on hold waiting for the next Disney Representative:lol: While it's great to get to listen to the Disney tunes, but I wouldn't want to pay for it:lol:

That works, but it's not toll free, so it'd be an expensive call for people without free long distance.

It's odd that Disney wouldn't have a toll-free number for reservations.

I guess they figure if you can't afford a long distance call that you can't afford to stay at WDW. :shrug:

I think that with the proliferation of cell phones and free long distance calling plans that the Walt Disney Company thought that the money to pay for the 800 numbers could best be used elsewhere.

The numbers I've used are still active, but don't connect to an operator any more. They now just give a message saying to call the 407 number to reach Disney. :shrug:

Was about to echo the toll-free thing, but Doug summed it up nicely... :lol:
