7 Guest Service Guidelines

Hey everyone,
I need a little help. As a former CM I should know these but since I worked entertainment mostly it was never hammered into my brain. Can anyone list for me all seven of the guest service guidelines? I have an interview tomorrow with a company and wanted to talk about them all. If you could list them word for word that would be great.

I seem to recall having a card with them on it but it appears to have gone the way of 20k

For everyone else's curiosity they are as follows:
1. Make Eye Contact and Smile
2. Greet and Welcome Every Guest
3. Seek Out Guest Contact
4. Provide Immedite Service Recovery
5. Always Display Appropriate Body Language
6. Create Dreams and Preserve the "Magical Guest Experiance"
7. Thank each and Every Guest

I remember seeing the signs during Keys to the Kingdom tour - can you remember which dwarf corresponds to each guideline? I can only remember Sleepy matches with #6.

just guessing here based on the dwarfs personalities :
1.) - Bashful
2.) - Happy
3.) - Doc ?
4.) - Dopey
5.) - Sneezy ?
6.) - Sleepy
7.) - Grumpy ?

Kinda hard to make them all match up !

Here's the dwarf order, where the ... is add the guest service
1. Be Happy...
2. Be like Sneezy... (spread the spirit of hospitality, it's contagious) I always thought that was gross
3. Don't be Bashful...
4. Be like Doc...
5. Don't be Grumpy...
6. Be like Sleepy...
7. Don't be Dopey...

Thats pretty
