6 Month Anniversary Ideas?

My sister, 20, and her boyfriend, 21, will be traveling to WDW with our family this summer. They will be celebrating their 6 month anniversary. This is my sister's 10th visit and her boyfriend's first. She wants to find something romantic they can do together.

She is considering either a boat ride to view a firework show, or the Aloha Dinner Show. She wants to have something special to do with him to make this trip really special. She's open to any ideas, so any advice is greatly appreciated.

Hmmm...well, pretty much everything is romantic. My wife and I had a great time and just being in a place like WDW made it romantic. It's all fantasy...that's the romanticism.

Tell her to get "Walt Disney World Without Kids". That has a lot of good advice.

We have taken the Illuminations Cruise and loved it. We won't be spending the money to do one on every trip, but will do it again. I am almost positive that you are allowed to bring food & drinks with you.

I myself would love to do something like this for our 20th anniversary next year!

Possibilities

As you are familiar with the parks, you probably have some good ideas, plus I'm sure more will be added in this thread. In addition to what you hear and plan ahead for, check with CM's at your hotel, restaurants and parks for some possible other ideas. Ask a number of people as some are much more into the magic and have more experience than others.

I think your biggest problem will be narrowing your choices down!

One of the things my wife and I did on our honeymoon that we just loved was this. Take a late priority seating at a world showcase restaurant... perferably in the back (France, Moroco, Japan) and then when you leave you can slowly stroll back along the lagoon by torchlight with almost no one around. Very peaceful, very romantic.
