50th Birthday Trip to WDW

My wife and I are traveling down for a 5 day/4 night trip in mid May in celebration of my 50th birthday in May. There is not a place I would rather be. We are meeting a couple which is very good friends of ours and we are all staying at the Port Orleans French Quarter resort. We have the meal plan, with reservations already done at Tutto Italia, Mama Melrose, Be Our Guest, and Le Cellier. We have special viewing reserved one night at EPCOT for Illuminations. Our 5 days are EPCOT, HS, MK, EPCOT, and ??. Any ideas for anything to make this 50th birthday trip even more special? Thanks in advance for your advice.

Happy Birthday! Cant think of a better way then to spend any birthday than in WDW. I would say just do what makes YOU happy. Tell very one with you its "ALL ABOUT YOU" this trip!!!

Congratulations on your upcoming birthday and celebration at WDW! Perhaps spend your 5th day not at a park, but rather enjoying the other ancillary services that complete the magical experience that is Disney. Are you a golfer? Or sports enthusiast? Interested in Resort Hopping? MK Monorail Bar Crawl? There are so many other options available, these are just a few that come to mind.
