4 - yes, I believe so
5 - I believe for most, may not be all. It would have a DDP mark on the menu

Think the nutella waffle comes with fruit etc and is more expensive and so not a snack credit. Don't think you can use the quick serve credit there. All other waffles are snack credit.
Epcot has so many amazing snack credit options. We use so many in Karamel Kuche in Germany for caramel popcorn and other caramel treats. The macaron ice cream sandwich in France is good as are the pastries in their bakery. Norway also has an amazing bakery and delicious school bread. You can also use snack credits in the festival booths. I believe you can swap a QS credit for 3 snacks but you have to swap in one transaction - buy all 3 snacks in the same transaction, you can't just exchange and add them to the number on your account to use whenever. Not sure if this is still an option, though?

I believe you can get an alcoholic drink with QS too, if they are sold at the QS place in question.

I know for the food and wine festival you could use snack credits at the booths so I am assuming it would be the same for flower and garden.

We use the snack credits on the frozen lemonades or slushies (the ones that come with a Mickey straw are also snack eligible and you get a fun keepsake). Croissant Jambon Fromage (Ham, cheese, and bechamel on a croissant) at Les Halles Boulangerie-Patisserie in Epcot is my favorite use of a snack credit. One morning at Epcot we went to the Frace pavilion after were were waiting for WS to open and there was NO ONE over there. We were able to take in the atmosphere and eat out sandwich for a brunch type snack so we were ready to explore WS and not be starving.

I believe you can break down qs credits for snack credits but I'm not sure if that's just at the shops or what. I know we had a TON of credits to use before we left and ended up with lots of road snacks.

QS meals come with an alcoholic beverage, as long as the QS restaurant serves alcohol. You cannot use a snack credit for booze though

I suggest checking out the snack spots ahead of time including the Flower and Garden booths and make a list of what you want to use the credits for

In HWS, at Oasis Canteen, my husband got a funnel cake with strawberries and ice cream, which was enough for all three of us and costs over $8. Does anyone know if it is still a snack credit? It was last year.

Yes we get that several times each trip with our snack credits

Re: no. 5 I thought you could. You certainly can at Christmas with all the festive booths around. You had to use 1 QS credit at the same booth, but we did it several times. But I've not been to either (any) of the Festivals so don't know if it's different.

Maybe times of changed, but I asked (I can't remember if I did it) this a few years and was told it was possible. Maybe there was a change in policy, or maybe you get different answers depending on who you ask, i.e., are they willing to acoomodate you or not.
