5 More Days!!!

Leaving Thursday evening from the ATL to celebrate my daughters 8th b-day a little early. Staying at CBR (never stayed there so any advise on which areas to avoid is appreciated). Just hoping the weather is decent.

Have a magical time! Are you planning on using Disney transportation? Eating at the food court often? Swimming?

I can't think of any areas to avoid at CBR. Like all places to eat, the food court is better hit at off hours...you'll wait a little less. You can wait a loooong time at the CBR food court! Otherwise, it's all good.

If you look at the map, this may make more sense. We stayed in Jamaica in January 2009. There is a road that comes into CBR from Victory Way just to the right of the Jamaica bus stop. At least two Park routes (I remember one was EPCOT) entered from that road, made stops at Aruba and Barbados and then left for the Parks. We didn't even go all the way around the resort. They may still do this. I'd ask for Jamaica or Aruba for the good bus stops and the ease of walking across the lake to get to OPR if you want to.
