My vote is for MK. We have been there the past 2 July 4ths, (we will be missing this year ). The fireworks there are awesome. We have seen them once from main street and the secodn time from the beach at the polynesian. Would highly recommend the beach. It was a breathtaking sight and we didn't have to worry about big crowds leaving the park. We just took our time and rode the monorail a few times.

We loved the fireworks there. You may not hear the music, but we could never hear it in the park anyways, but you do hear the fireworks. The crowds were not as bad as we thought. They got heavy as we were leaving to head towards the polynesian. We got to MK in the afternoon as people were leaving to come back later. I think it was about 3pm when we got there. We left around 7pm to head over to the polynesian and got some takeout from kona cafe to eat while watching the fireworks. I would highly suggest the view from there. In my opinion though. :)

We have booked Ohana and are watching fireworks from there, I CAN'T WAIT:sohappy:, we are superexcited. We haven't seen 4th of July fireworks so are really excited, we thought park would be packed so decided to choose a good viewing point. It was quite hard to get reservations, if fully booked, why don't you just head to the hotel bar and then out to the beach to se fireworks, might see you there:wave:

We are there for 2 weeks from 25 June, are you staying on site? Kids are really excited, and so are Mum and Dad:sohappy:. Just hope the dollar rate would increase a little bit, still have some money to change.

The fireworks were still nice, but the crowds were a bit much. We did not have the best viewing, but they were still great. Now that we have been to the polynesian, we will head there for now on to see fireworks on big holidays. Have fun at Ohana's. We have never been for breakfast. We had our wedding reception there in March. The food at dinner is beyond good. It is a must on our dining list whenever we go. Enjoy!!!!!

The 4th of July fireworks at MK are amazing! I've done them twice and have to say they are better out of the park than in the park. I have a very clear memory of a CM standing on a trash can yelling, "Don't come this way. You can't get out!" as we were trying to leave Fantasy Land that evening after the show. We slipped into Adventure Land and waited out the craziness at the Pirates alcove area.

The next year we watched them from the lawn of the Contemporary and it was a great experience. No music, but no crowds!
