45th Anniversary Celebration

I will be in the Magic Kingdom on Saturday, October 1 for its 45th Anniversary. I saw the announcement today about the anniversary merchandise but for those of you who have been there on an anniversary in the past, what else do you think will be done to commemorate the occasion? Will there be a speech and character appearances? If there is anything I'm guessing it will be in Town Square but when do you think it will be? Right after rope drop or later in the day? Any insight would be appreciated.

Being its only the 45th which is not considered a huge milestone/celebration like say the 50th will be etc you won't have much festivities going on. Probably a small ceremony etc but don't expect anything really big besides the merchandise and such.
