4 parks in 3 days?

Will be spending 4 days in March at WDW. Travelling with kids ages 13 and 15. Have made numerous visits to MK and Epcot, but this will first visit to MGM and Blizzard Beach. Any suggestions as to which two could be combined into one day. I was thinking Blizzard Beach could be a 1/2 day visit, but where else should we spend the rest of that day?

Save Magic Kingdom a day, along with Epcot and the Studios. So that's 3 days used right there. If you don't plan on seeing EVERY attraction in Animal Kingdom, I suggest using your morning at AK, and then the rest of the day at Blizzard Beach. AK doesn't take very long to do if you only hit the major stuff (Kilimanjaro Safaris, Dinosaur, It's Tough To Be A Bug!, Kali River Rapids, Festival of the Lion King, Chester and Hester's Dino-Rama!). It also depends if you are visiting in late March with the Spring Break crowds. Maybe combine the Studios and Animal Kingdom into one day, as the Studios doesn't take long as well. If you do that, take the 1/2 day left from the day you go to Blizzard Beach and visit Magic Kingdom for a couple spins on some favorite attractions or the attractions that you missed, or just do some park hopping. Enjoy your trip!:D

I think that you should do this
IN NO ORDER:

DAY 1- Save an entire Day for MK
DAY 2- Save a day to do Epcot...World Showcase should be seen in NO rush
DAY 3- AK does not take all day but is better in the morning, take your time do the shows.....then go to the pool and relax
DAY 4- Go to Blizzard Beach in the mornin....you will be able to do everything in the mornin within 2 hours...then go to MGM you do not need all day for this park either.....its very small and managable.......

Well since you want to see four parks in 3 days, and you've been numerous times, this is what I would do.

1). Ask everyone what their "must sees" are.
2) take full advantage of Early Entry and hit the big rides first, also if a E-Ride Nights is available during your stay, take advantage of that. The combo of the two things will alievieate alot at MK.

3). I would keep one full day for MK,
4). Early Entry to Epcot, then jump over to MGM and if you like go back to Epcot
5). Early Entry at MGM, til noon, then go to Blizzard Beach for as long as you wish and then go back to MGM or Epcot, probably Epcot will be open later.

Either way, if you know what everyone MUST see, then no one should be disappointed.

Plan your trip around the major events - Fantasmic, Illuminations, SpectroMagic & Wishes - Thats your 3 nights taken care of.
Plan your days to take in the parks and end up at your chosen evening event - You will NOT get to do everything, so sit down and work out which shows and rides you must do (before you go) and work out a schedule.
Good luck

How long do people usually stay at the waterparks? The slides sound like fun, but I think I'll enjoy just soaking up the rays too.

Is 3 or 4 hours a good bet?

Thanks!

This is how I think you should spend your trip

1. Spend a day at MK
2. Day at Epcot
3. Morning at BB & afternoon at MK (it closes at 5, but ya only need a couple of hours there)
4. Day at MGM, then when you're done you can go back to one of the other parks

Spend a day in MK, on the second day, combine AK in the morning (go there early) and see the major shows (The lion king show, kilimanjaro, tough to be a bug, Kali River rapids, Dinosaur) and when the sun starts to hit hard, go to BB for the afternoon. It closes around 5pm if I recall, then you can do part of MGM or Epcot for some of WSC and Illuminations.

Then use another day to see the rest of Epcot (or the rest of the studios) and park hop to the studios (or Epcot) in the afternoon to ride RnRC, Muppets, etc., and of course, Fantasmic.

I´m not sure if I made much sense or made it more complicated, but I fully agree with what NemoRocks suggested you. The key is to park-hop!

Have a great trip!

parks in 4 days

I'm replying as the mother of a teen.
Get your kids to look at a guide to WDW with you, and have them figure out their priorities. There are some rides they won't want to miss. My son loved MGM and we spent nearly a whole day there,it is really geared toward teens in a lot of ways. Besides RNR rollercoaster and ToT, there is Star Tours and the Indiana Jones SHow.
Epcot has M:S and Test Track, all kids want to do them. IMHO EPcot is otherwise kinda boring if your kids have a) travelled much overseas and b) been to a lot of science/natural history museums elsewhere.
MK has so much that it's good for a day.
You didn't even mention DisneyQuest.
IMHO I would not spend my precious time at WDW at a water park.
The person above who said to plan your days around the evening shows is right, especially Fantasic (use the dnner reservation plan to get your seats without a long wait, eat at Hollywood & Vine) and Wishes/Spectromagic.
Don't miss Mickey's Philharmagic in MK, my son liked it so much we saw it twice.
Use your Fast Passes to your best advantage.

I have faced this several times myself, and I would second what spikesmom said about skipping the water park, but they are obviously very popular, especially with teens.

Devote one full day to Magic Kingdom

Animal Kingdom is a half day park at a full day price, but be sure to go in the morning, when temparatures are cooler and the animals are more active. That would be a good park to combine with your half day at the water park

Others will not agree here, but with most teenagers, half a day can be devoted to EPCOT (Center) when you have limited time.
Meals or wheels will be the key in deciding whether to hit DisMGM early and EPCOT (Center) late, or vice versa. You couldn't really go wrong going to DisMGM in the morning and coming over in the afternoon to EPCOT (Center), wrapping up the day with a viewing of Illuminations, but I would do just the opposite only because I prefer to wrap up with Fantasmic. The evening dining is much better at EPCOT (Center) though, for sure!

P.S. - Are your teens going to stay with you throughout the day? If so, awards and accolades to you! My wife and I get to see our teenager when we arrive together and go on one major ride together, then only at major meals and when we are leaving together! :(
