4 days/4 parks

Thanks. I figured we would be fine. i tend to get overexcited about trips and have been visiting too many blogs with tour plans that suggest park hopping.

If I had all the money in the world I might consider it, but then I'm sure my trip would be longer.

The hubs and I are really psyched. Doing the special day dinner in Mexico at San Angel Inn, his fave.
San Angel Inn is my girlfriend's favorite place. She loves the whole night time theme inside the pavilion!

Our last trip we did 4 parks in 3 days... full day in MK and HS, EPCOT and AK on the same day. We only did it because we were also spending 3 days at Universal. I wouldn't recommend the 4 parks in 3 days... lol. Felt way too rushed and didn't get to do everything we wanted. Won't do that again...

I've done 4 parks in 4 days, had a blast...as long as you don't think you will "see everything" you will have a great time. Disney World is a remarkable place...there is so much to do just outside the parks...but of course you want to see the parks! I've been several times and never been tempted to go to the waterparks but maybe someday. I love doing stuff like spending a morning at one of the resorts window shopping, grabbing a bite to eat, riding a monorail...etc. I could stare at Cinderella Castle looming over the Seven Seas Lagoon all day! Remarkable place, contemplating a 3 night/4 day trip where we only go to the parks for 2 days on park hoppers and spend the other days doing stuff around the resorts since there is so much detail to everything. Figured that out when we did a weekend getaway on a whim, only spent one day at Magic Kingdom, then the rest of the time at Disney Springs, Polynesian. Still had a great time without the pressure of "hitting all the parks".

Typically Monday is the busiest day of the week at MK
Interesting. Figures. We could switch up, but really want to be in Epcot on Tues., which is the anniv. It's also an extra magic day, so our dinner is a 930pm.

I'm not terribly worried about missing things at MK since, like I said, I grew up by Disneyland and have an interest in seeing the other parks. My DH has been several times to WDW and I went a few times in my teens/20's for day trips while doing regional tours as an actor.

I have FP+ for rides we really want to try (well, mostly) and an ADR at Skippers, which looks like loads of fun.

Our ADRs include:
Skippers Canteen (Mon dinner)
San Angel Inn (Anniv. dinner)
Brown Derby (Fantasma pkg) (lunch weds)
Nothing for Thurs yet at AK

I had heard that DHS and AK were half day parks and though maybe to get a hopper for one of those days. Not sure though. I assume we can play by (mouse) ear and add on a hopper if we desire the day of the visit.

You all are so nice and helpful. I am so very excited!!!!

You will LOVE Skipper's Canteen! This was one of our favorites on our trip this past week. The food was excellent, and our Skip was hysterical. The friends I was traveling with had dinner at San Angel one night and loved it - said everything was delicious.

For AK I'd recommend Yak and Yeti, or the Local Food Cafe right next door if you want something quick.

First of all congrats on your anniversary!

If this is your first time to DisneyWorld, I am sure you will like it!

IMO, a park per day is rushing it, especially with Magic Kingdom and Epcot!

Luckily, kids are back to school, so it shouldn't be as busy as it would in the summertime when kids are out of school!

I would recommend downloading maps of the parks and start planning what you want to see if you haven't already!

Depending on how often you get to make it out to WDW, you want to try to see as much as you can!
