300 and Hot Fuzz on DVD Tuesday!!!

Just want to remind everyone that two great movies come out on DVD Tuesday, July 31st! 300, which I'm sure you know as being fantastic, and Hot Fuzz, a great action-comedy by Edgar Wright and Simon Pegg. (AKA Everyone behind the classic "Shaun Of The Dead".)

So be sure to go out and buy these two great movies on Tuesday! (Maybe order some pizza and play them back-to-back like I will!)

I missed 300 in the theaters, but I'm confident enough that I'll like it that I pre-ordered the Blu Ray. Hopefully I'll like it close to as much as Sin City.

Good, I'm excited to see 300 again. I really, really liked it ( maybe not quite as much as Sin City, but I still really liked it ). I only got a chance to see it once in theaters because life got in the way.

300 really blew me away on the IMAX screen.

What worries me is that it was so aurally and visually captivating with its fantastic sights, sounds, and special effects, that I cannot imagine enjoying it nearly as much on a home television set, no matter what size the screen is!

So much will be lost from the IMAX experience.

Oh, hey! they got their IMAX title back! Last I heard was that IMAX pulled out of that theatre. That's nice they got it back! Thanks!

So did anyone get them yet? I just got done with Hot Fuzz. (Be sure to watch the bloopers. VERY funny!) By the way, if you want 300, I suggest you check out Best Buy. They have a limited edition set with a NECA statue of Leonidas' helmet! Very cool. They were selling pretty fast.
