Has anyone tried to get a 3 bed at OKW when its not your home resort? If so was it luck or plain sailing?

3 Bed Grand Villas at OKW

We are curious as well. We have already reserved a 3bdr GV at SSR for next May, but wish to switch at the 7 month mark to OKW, since the kids have not stayed there yet. We stayed at OKW a few years ago, and loved the laid back feel of the resort.
Yes its a fun resort. Also the 3 bed is better value there given we need 14 nights.

I went in May with friends who own at WLV and we got a grand villa at OKW and I don't think it was any hassle for them to book it. We were there over memorial day weekend (May 20-29) and I think they booked it the day they could.
The Grand Villa was huge and very nice, but I slept on the fold out couch and it SUCKED as a bed. The other three bedrooms had normal beds that I think were more comfortable.

Thanks, my points so we get the big bed, the minions can battle it out for sleeping accommodation. If they dont like it they can book a room themselves.

OKW is the best place to stay if you have a lot of people going. Overall its rooms are much larger then all the other DVC sites.
