Hey guys OMG I just got back from the test of the tag for the 25th after Illuminations. It was fantastic I will be giving spoilers so if you want to be suprised DO NOT READ ANY FURTHER!!!

Ok I warned you :)

Well being a Cast memeber i was sitting by norway on a bench all alone and at first they just shot off a shell every couple of minutes just by themselves and I must say they were very beautiful and cant wait to see it all put together. Then they off and on played the ROE music and it was kind of a tease LOL then they started playing the section right before We Go on and the fountains and spot lights come on as usual then stopped. then finally they did the full end of the show with audio and lights no pyro. Then proceeded to begin the tag audio and fountians and lights only. They thanked everyone for joining them for Epcot's 25th anniversary and enjoy the tribute to the future "weve just begun to dream". Then they started the show with Weve just begun to Dream, then moved in to the music for Tapestry, a song I didnt recognise then ended with New Horizons and Tomorrow's Child. I was very exicted to hear it and see some of the new shells. I cant wait to see it all put together on Oct. 1st. Hope you all enjoyed my review. See you all there.

I didn't read your post, but can you please write a spoiler free review? Perhaps give some subtle hints rather than outright spoiling it. Thanks for providing the review though. I don't want this spoiled for me as it will be the perfect cap on the 25th.

I don't see how any of that is a spoiler...if anything it's very vague and hard to understand.

Am I the only one that didn't like the Tapestry music?

Well to each his own, but personally, I find the Tapestry of Nations music to be some of the most beautifully composed music that Disney has ever created. I memorized all 20+ minutes of it and love to sing along.

Now Tapestry of *Dreams* on the other hand... :hurl:

Thanks for the report - can't wait to see it on Monday!

I love just about all the music that came out of the Millennium Celebration, but RoE and ToN are my favorites. I listen to it constantly. I'm very pleased to hear that ToN (or at least its great music) is making some kind of appearance on October 1.

The question is, for the purposes of many of us wanting to completely cover the one time only event on video as best as possible, did you see, do you know of any special additions, such as effect or other on or around SSE, the World Showcase, etc?

:)

Hmmm....all this fuss over 4 minutes of fireworks? :veryconfu

Seeing as it's only for one day, I can't imagine why they would take any time or spend any money to make it al that spectacular - especially for its limited audience.

Most people at the show that night will not even have a clue (or care) that it's Epcot's Anniversary. :(

I'm glad you like what you saw though!

Count me to the list of people that love tapestry, my favorite part of ROE is when the Tap puppets appear on the Earth Globe. Anyway here is a thought, they brought out the puppets on New Years Eve, do you think we may see a few in the park on the 1st?

Any idea where we should watch the show from? I usually watch from the Future World side of the Lagoon, but if they're going to have some special effects on Spaceship Earth, maybe I should watch from World Showcase!!

Decisions, decisions...

That's why I susspect that it's playing all of the 25th year.I don't think Disney would waste all the tme designing a shopw just for a couple thousand people to see...Do we have any information or clarification on this?

If this thing is bigger than just October 1, I'll find a way to be there during Spring Break. I'll have to start playing the lottery or something.

Same here...I'm desperate to see this next summer.Once again, if anyone has info on the tag being year long I would really like to hear it...I don't wanna ruin the surprise if any by watching it on YouTube when I could see it live in a year.

Thanks

Have you seen RoE tags? 4 minutes on paper doesn't sound like much, but they are almost always nearly as big (if not as big) as its RoE lead-in.

This tag will be in scale to the 4th and New Year's tags. :) Those are roughly 4 minutes as well. Believe me, you will NOT be disappointed. ;)
