Yep. This is a one time addition to the show. My friend in the company spoke very highly of the tag and is sure that it will please everyone there for the 25th.

I really wish that I could be down there for the 1st. This is something that I had always hoped for when it came time for the 25th and the only negative thing about it is that it won't be a tag used for a whole year. I'm sure there will be plenty of videos available online and I can't wait to see all of the goodies for us on October 2nd

We'll be at Epcot most of the day on the 1st but we have ressies at Spoodles at Boardwalk at 5:40 pm, do you folks think we'll be able to make it back to Epcot in time to get a good viewing spot for Illuminations and set up my camera/tripod?

I would imagine that will be plenty of time; since there is such a large viewing area it usually doesn't fill up ahead of time in the off-season. However who knows what the attendance will be that day!
I wonder if it will be anything like Disneyland's 50th. fireworks show where they briefly reference past attractions. Would be cool to hear little snippets of Tomorrow's Child, Universe of Energy and dreamfinder.

I'm pretty sure this show will be filmed by so many cameras that we will be able to compile all the footage and see the front and back sides of each and every spark in the fireworks.

Speaking with my friend who just bought a seasonal pass Saturday, we decided to suck it up and drive over right after classes get out Monday, even if we only are there for 30 minutes. Can't pass this once in a lifetime thing up.
