I am a big believer in www.touringplans.com (I'm in no way affiliated with them) They have a crowd calendar that predicts the wait times for EVERY day of the year. It's rather and impressive. They explain on the website how they determine each days crowd levels, but I've found them to be pretty accurate.
The site does require that you pay a small monthly fee to view the entire crowd calendar or that you purchase the book "the Unofficial guide to WDW."
As it turns out the days you've listed in Oct are among some of the best days of the year to go, even better than Jan-Feb.
Me and my family are also going in late Oct. We usually go in January, but we're really excited to go in Oct this year as well because it seems like a great time to go.
