If you're talking about subs, no there are one or two being used as a base for a coral reef in the Caribbean and the rest are buried in a deep hole somewhere on Disney property after being stripped of whatever stuff they felt would be sold as souvenirs. The one that is being used for the "special occasions" is just a "smaller" copy of the originals. The originals are much, much larger then that one.

Actually there are a couple more and the one in question here is actually a shell from an original one and is used for special events like this. It used to be stored behind Soarin' but has recently been seen behind Germany and a few other places on WDW property.

Anything is possible but logically it would be way to heavy to just parade around for special events. I think that the one that is used for that is just a plastic mold and much smaller. I could be wrong though, but, it seems like I remember reading about it someplace. Your guess is as good as mine as to where.
