2024 Moonlight Magic registration dates

I just registered for 3 people and it is confirming my registration as 0. Tried to edit the number and it just went to another confirmation page showing 0. Not sure how this is possible but hopefully it saved correctly.

My confirmation shows the correct number. Check your email for a confirmation.

Apparently you shouldn't try to register for these events on an iPad. My wife got through with a good queue number (high 200s) for today's DAK registration and it wouldn't display the page correctly on her iPad (no Party Size box and no "Continue" button) so she couldn't complete the form. By the time I got through on my computer, our date was sold out but the display was correct. I was on my laptop using Chrome. F***!

Sorry to hear that. Sometimes on mobile devices you have an option to force to "Desktop mode". Not sure if that is an option on ipad, but could be worth a shot in the future if you ever have that problem again.

I'm not sure if it's an option on iPad either. I've done that on my phone (Android) before. I'm kicking myself for not having it up on my phone, too. The extra spot might have helped with the random queue assignments for people who opened the registration page before 11:00. I was on just before 9:00 and got a spot around 3,000 while my wife opened the page almost an hour later and got a spot in the 200s. Hopefully we'll have better luck next time.

Sorry you didn’t get in. There aren’t many places available at general registration.

I use my iPad all the time and always set it to desktop mode.

Click on the “aA” before the URL to toggle between mobile and desktop mode.

Thanks for the tip! I'll try to remember that for the next time.

Edit to add: I see the next night - 12/11 - is Deluxe resort hours at DAK, so that might work for us as a consolation. We fly home the next morning so it just fits in our schedule.

It also seems like there were glitches for a lot of people.

Chrome and Firefox had issues on mobile devices. Also several people reporting they couldn’t enter their party size, even one person with a start # of 45.

Same thing happened to me, but on an Android smartphone/Chrome.

I was hopeful we'd get a spot at #151.

Disney's IT is 💩.

At 151 you definitely should have gotten a spot. It's amazing that a company like Disney has such bad IT. If they can't handle 3 added on Moonlight Magic dates being made available at the same time then why not just give each date its own registration date and spread out the demand?

Anyone have the times of the October 24th Moonlight Magic event at AK? I'm registered for it but I can't find any info about what time the park is open till for the event or what time check-in starts. Figured I would have got an e-mail about all that by now.
