I'm trembling in terror that Joyful! might reappear again this year. I would hope that they perform in full scuba gear at the bottom of Nemo.

Has anyone heard any rumblings about booking the Candlelight Processional dinner package for 2023? It's been a decade since we've seen it, so it's a priority for us. Seems really late. I remember booking it in July before.

I'm intrigued by Marlee Matlin. I'd have to assume they would promote those processionals as special events for the deaf. She would be signing during the narrations and her translator would be speaking for her. Then she or someone else would sign during the music portions.

Some impressive new narrators this year. 👍
Compared to last year it's almost a 180 in terms of popular narrators. Considering the list last year was not great, I wonder what changed. Nice to see NPH before my blackouts as well, finally.

Of course back in the day, the list of celebrity narrators used to be even more impressive, but that pull, and the amount of money Disney is willing to spend on narrators, has surely lessened. I have a list somewhere of every narrator through about 2000, and they used to get some legitimate celebrities even on this coast.

That’s a list worth sharing, if you can find it. Back when we did a couple of December trips (mid to late 2000’s), our family was really too young to be able to enjoy the Candlelight Processional so we never paid attention as to who was narrating. We haven’t felt the need to return in December since.

It would be funny if someone brought a whole bunch of midgets to the candlelight processional and sat them in the front row during John Stamos doing narration. hehe For those who do not know,
