We also learned Bob has a long lost cousin, too.

You must have missed the last guy who used his time to complain that Iger doesn't respond to his correspondence about being his cousin.

That's some serious crazy, I hope the local gendarmes took this person away for a psych eval, Acetone is one of the most hazardous solvents there is - look at it cross eyed and it catches fire.

I think it's a Roger Rabbit reference. At the end of the movie, the villain (judge character?) was revealed to be a toon when acetone was spilled on him and he dissolved...

Sounds as if after the meeting Bob is going to sit down with several people and have a chat while providing a few autographs and a photo session. He's a regular guy.

I thought the smoking question was very interesting. Bob pledged an anti-smoking stance for future films except for the purposes of depicting historical accuracy. He gave the example of Abraham Lincoln. He said that since Lincoln was a smoker that future films about Lincoln might require that he be shown as such.

Yet, when "Saving Mr. Banks" was made, Walt Disney was not shown as a chain smoker. So much for historical accuracy. It's just another example of TWDC continuing to polish Walt's image rather than showing him in a realistic fashion.

Thanks to Iger, Those aren't canon anymore, remember?

This is literally the dumbest thing ever written on the Internet

1) Iger had nothing to do with making them not canon
2) making them non canon allows them to adapt characters and concepts from those stories without having to adhere to a strict limited existing continuity. Like marvel does with their films being loosely based off the comics.
3) a ton of stuff needed to be removed from the canon anyway

Iger wanted new movies. Lucasfilm figured that they could not keep the new movies consistent with the existing EU so indirectly yes Iger is responsible for killing the EU.

Come now, this is the internet we are talking about. There are an ungodly number of dumber things said on the Internet. I've read plenty of them on this here website!
