Standby wait time has increased, but I don't think throughout has changed.

Exactly. OHRCs dont change, the number of people in line do. And for whatever reason, we waited a lot longer this year.

There is the off-chance the data is spot on (reflective of crowds) and FP isn't affecting it. But unlikely. That would put MK closer to 21M for last year which I suppose is within the realm of possibility. Tho I think 20.5M for the TEA report is more likely.

I expect it's pretty easy for Disney to manipulate the FastPass system to try and spread out people between queues more so than what was possible before. If somebody is booking Fast Passes and all more popular rides have been taken they get them for the less popular rides which they then ride just because they have a Fast Pass when they may have previously just walked past, so the wait time for things like Haunted Mansion goes up even if the throughput is the same.
