I thought the movie was the best James Bond I have seen. Granted, I haven't seen them all, or even remember all of them that I have seen.
I would put Skyfall in my top three Bond films. 1st is From Russia with Love. Skyfall would either be 2nd or 3rd. I can't decide whether I prefer it or Goldfinger more.

Haha, not even close.

But perhaps that's who Vincent Vega thought was performing.
I also thought Skyfall is a much better written; catchier song than Let It Go. I also think Let It Go is on the overrated side, and nowhere near the level of music Disney has given us in the past. It doesn't hold a candle to classics such as Under The Sea, Be Our Guest, Colors Of The Wind, and other products of the 90's which (imo) seem more timeless. But that's just my two cents. The movie Frozen itself? Enjoyable, but not great in my book. It certainly was better than other animated 2013 offerings, but I cannot place it in my top 5 (or perhaps top 10) all-time favorite animated category. Doesn't mean it wasn't a quality movie.

I'm so sad that I missed this thread last night. :(

Oh my, you need to watch the old ones and look at the last three with fresh eyes. The last three films have killed the franchise for me. It is a sad day as a Bond fan when the most excited I got in the last three films was the 15 seconds they played the old Bond theme in Skyfall when he breaks out the old Aston Martin DB5. After watching the movie I said, "If I wanted to watch the Bourne Identity I would watch that movie. I want a BOND film!"
What did my Vudu account recommend???? One other Bond film and the freaking Bourne series.:mad:

I found the movie on Blue Ray for $5 on Black Friday.
