I wonder if that was staged; pre-planned, or if they really did phone in for pizza adlib during the show. This is Ellen we're talking about here, I wouldn't be surprised if it was real, and she just randomly decided to call in the delivery to the theater. The pizza guy looked a little shell shocked walking around the auditorium.
