2009 rates posted soon? - rumor

Saw on another forum a poster thought the rates might be posted as early as this weekend.
Do I just keep checking sites every day? Any good way to get official rates the day they are made public? Auto email? Just wondering how you found out in the past.

JPVonDrake is our resident source. He'll have the new rates posted here very quickly after they're released.

Normally they release the package pricing and room rates in the first week of August.

I actually called today and they said that they were being told Mid-August for rates and reservations. I hope it is sooner! February is going to be here before I know it.

So 2009 rates are--just that--rates beginning in 2009, correct? They don't affect any packages or tickets purchased during the remainder of 2008 for visits in 2008. Just double checking.

Yes, you are correct. Once rates are posted, they're locked in for the year they're announced for. Otherwise there would be way too many arguments with reservations CMs.

I would still look toward a mid-august release date. As soon as we know they are coming available one of us Konsultants or JP will post the news.
