Don't have a picture, and mine is home (I am at school). But they basically are what you see on the commercial. The castle is coming out from the clouds and the different colored mickey balloons are floating all around it.

I just got mine today, completely unexpected too. I booked the Buy 4, Get 3 Free Package, and other perks were listed on my confirmation, but luggage tags weren't, so I was pleasantly surprised.

Thank you...so, the cute little packaged envelope my travel agent has (she booked through Walt Disney World) will have them I'm presuming...yay...my granddaughter will love it!

The pretty luggage tags shown above are a complimentary gift when your package is booked through Walt Disney Travel Company. They can be used or not. I like them and do use them as it makes my bag easier to spot ( I have a bit of a collection of them going on the bag) The yellow barcoded DME tags are the ones you want to use, if you want Disney to pick up your bag in Orlando and deliver it to you at your hotel. If you are planning on collecting your own bags it is very important to NOT use the yellow barcoded stickers as these bags are collected behind the scenes at the airport and will not show up on the luggage carousel at all.
