Will start calling for the Cinderella Royal table....Is it still you have to wait until 90 days out?

When are you going? According to JPVonDrake in another thread:

Currently, reservations for Chef Mickey's and Cinderella's Royal Table can be made up through June 19, 2009. Effective March 22, 2009, the booking windows for both locations will transition to the 90-day timeframe.

So if you're going before June 19th, you can call right now for your ADRs (if there are any left). But if you're after June 19th, you'll have to wait for your 90-day window.

The dining plan has to be for everyone in the same room or booking.

If you only want it for two out of five, you could theoretically book two rooms separately and put the two that want it in a room. :shrug:
