2008 Dining Plan - Resturants signed up?

Having looked at the list of resturants included in the 2008 dining plan I see that there are a few missing. I know I have read previously on the boards that this wont be the final list and more resturants sign up along the way.

My question is how late do they normally leave it to sign up??

Basically looking to book 2008 vacation and deciding whether the dining plan is worth it this year (after all the changes) but one of the things affecting my decision is the missing resturants.

Any ideas when Disney will produce final list??

Obviously as you can book dining reservations up to 180 days in advance it seems silly that we cant tell what resturants will be available.

As we are in November already I would have thought Disney would have got all resturants that will be signed up by now?

Any info from previous years?

As I recall from previous years, the last hold-outs were restaurants in DTD and World Showcase in Epcot [basically, the non-Disney-owned places]. I'm pretty sure they were all settled by the end of November...

i remember seeing a thread that the assistant adminstrator is in the process of getting all the menus put together.

Just checked the Disney Website and the 2008 Disney Dining Plan brochure has been updated to include more restaurants. I was particularly interested in looking at Epcot and now Mexico and China is added. And in Disney Downtown I think Planet Hollywood and Wolfgang Puck was missing before and now they are included. At the end of the brochure the updated date says November 1 whereas the previous one was dated August.

Yak & Yeti is included now as well.

I just looked at this year's list and it was revised in August this year, so the list can change any time.

What about Le Chefs de France? Last I knew, it was not on the list yet, but I booked it for April anyway, since there's usually alot of restarants that sign on later. Anyone know if that one has yet, or not?
