Registration for the marathon starts Jan. 12 for the 2005 marathon. I was considering signing up. Is it worth it? The excitement of running a marathon is secondary to me. It would mainly be about seeing parts of the property that I have never seen before or are off limits to the general public. Can anyone who has participated before just tell me if it is "worth" it. I already saw the map of where the run takes you and just the fact it goes through the back of the AK may be enough for me to run it. Any input would be appreciated it!
