Eh, I dunno about the Phils winning the NL East. For some reason, the Braves always seem to find a way to win it. We were supposed to win it last year and were just destroyed. We weren't even close to Atlanta. They could have all minor leaguers and still find some way to screw us.

AL East--Boston
AL Central--Chicago
AL West--Anahiem
Wild Card--New York

NL East--Philadelphia
NL Central--Chicago
NL West--San Fransisco
Wild Card--Florida (again... )

American League Champions: Boston Red Sox
National League Champions: Chicago

2004 World Series Champions: Boston Red Sox :sohappy:

Chicago-Boston, that would be an amazing WS. If Chicago can't do it though, I think San Fransisco can get in.

I'm not allowed to talk baseball anymore (under an agreement with wsapooh),but I like Scott's predictions. I'm really not sure who will come out on top though, but I don't think it will be the Cubs.

An agreement? You gotta either explain this one or PM me! Whatever will we talk about this year?

You don't like Florida? :veryconfu :p

Oz's 2004 MLB Picks:

NL East--Florida (its an unbiased choice...really it is :lookaroun )
NL Central--Chicago
NL West--Arizona
NL Wildcard--Atlanta (or maybe Philly)

AL East--Boston (its gonna be close)
AL Central--Chicago (maybe Cleveland)
AL West-- Anaheim
AL Wildcard-- New York

NL Champs--Florida (Florida vs. Chicago...a close one...again)
AL Champs--Boston (Boston vs. Anaheim)

WS Champs--Florida vs. Boston is an interesting matchup...one is lucky in the post season, the other is cursed...so I'll say FLA in 7...

:D

AL West: Anaheim -- upgraded offense and pitching staff.
AL Central: Does it really matter? I'll say the Twins.
AL East: Yankees -- no Nomar means less wins.
Wild Card: Red Sox -- still should have enough to get this spot.

NL East: Phils -- although wouldn't be suprised to see the Fish.
NL Central: Cardinals -- homer pick, but best offense and defense, plus a better and healthier pitching staff.
NL West: Arizona -- if Unit can stay healthy. Giants just don't have enough.
NL Wild Card: Astros -- no Prior means Cubs finish close 3rd. If Prior comes back in May and stays healthy, they might get it.

NL Championship: STL vs. Astros
AL Championship: Anaheim vs. Red Sox
World Series: STL vs. Anaheim
Champions: Cardinals

Diehard Cardinal fan here so playoff winner picks are biased. My playoff teams are who I think will make it.

Best divisions in baseball: NL Central and AL East.

That's what I'm hoping for. Those darn Yankees just scare me. At the trade deadline they will be only 5 games up and they will probably go out and try to acquire Bonds.
