We have 40 dancers and about 8 - 10 chaperones. Maybe we should check Mears - never used them before and they are the company that Disney recommends.

We will definitely be cheaper than Mears for your airport transfers, so do please contact us for that...

Give us a call and maybe I can provide you with a rough estimate of how much it would be to take your group to the park. I need some more info though. :wave:

also be aware Mears motor coaches only have 47 seats, they have one coach with 50 some odd seats but last I heard since they only have one that can handle groups of 50 and 164 that can handle 47 they only book 47 passengers per bus. they may be able to do 48 if the bus has a hostess seat in it, but it won't be extremely comfortable.

Thanks - I didn't know that, Guess they expect you to book 2 vehicles to get a large group to the park. That can be expensive! I'll have to do more checking . . . :lookaroun

For shorter trips I would suggest a towncar, the roundtrip rate would be $65.00 (gratuity not included). The same roundtrip with a Limousine is $150.00 (+20% gratuity).
The trip is too short and there is not enough time even to enjoy the ride. You'll get to Seaworld in a blink... :animwink:
