2 Reservations on one MDE account

Hello all!

Just wanted to see if anyone here could help me.

I have an existing reservation (Vacation package) at the Wilderness Lodge but we decided yesterday to stay at the Dolphin for the night prior to our reservation. If I were to link that Reservation to my existing trip plans, would that screw things up as far as Magicbands and would that screw up any of my package details?

I can always just not add the Dolphin stay but I am a freak and like to have everything showing up on MDE account.

If you have multiple *sequential* reservations where one reservation ends and the next begins on the same day, that's fine. Many people split their trips across multiple reservations. (As I did last year)

The only time you might have an issue would be for *overlapping* reservations where MDE might see you as staying in more than one room on the same night.

I didn't think you could use the MBs at the Dolphin, so why would that be an issue?

The only issue you may run into(but you'd run into this regardless if/where you were staying the night prior) is that if your tickets were bought as part of a package, they won't be activated until you check into the resort associated with the same package. You can go to guest services and they can look up your reservation to activate your park ticket, otherwise you'll likely have an issue if you try to walk through the turnstyles on your first morning prior to checking in.
