Is it true that a 2.0 average is not needed for the college program aslong as ur advisor agrees for you to do it? I called disney and they said this is true but pretty much every site online says a 2.0 is needed. Please let me kno...thanks:hurl: :hurl: :hurl: :hammer: :hammer: :hammer:

I am almost positive that you need to have a 2.0 GPA to do the CP.

It said on the app that after you get accepted they call your school to verify your GPA. It's not allowed by any school I know of to earn credits while on scholastic probation. (trust me, I tried a few years ago)

Good luck Goofy, this would probably be the best thing for you right now. It would give you an opportunity to take a break from school and feel more refreshed when you return. Then you can bring up that GPA!

I dont' know why they wouldn't let you in. the let in a whole lot of people who really dont' deserve it and are just here to party and not work. It gives the CP's a bad name with the company so be ready to be treated differently.
Just work hard and do your best if you get in and you'll gain the respect of people

From what I understand you don't NEED a 2.0. It's just if you want to get credit you need it.
A friend of mine is going in the fall and he doesn't even have a GPA because he had to withdraw from all his classes for medical reasons. He's barely considered a student actually. When I was a Freshman I didn't have a GPA because I applied during my first semester.

At my college you must have a 2.5 GPA...Good thing i worked hard...
