This will be our first trip taking our boys who are 7 & 9. Would love for someone to look at our itinerary, but most importantly receive feedback on restaurants. We do have the Free Dining plan. (1 sit down, 1 quick, and snack). We are a pretty adventurous family when it comes to eating. Boys will eat anything.
Since we booked at the last minute, we were limited in our choices. Depending on feedback, happy to go back to the site and keep trying for better restaurants. We are staying at Coronado Springs. 6 DAYS. THANKS!!!!

**** Confused about dinner. I have 2 reservations. But not sure food wise. #1 is Coral Reef. My kids have seen lots of aquariums so not sure if I want to keep this one. Heard food was sub-par. And #2 is Rose and Crown which I only picked b/c of the Illuminations. Any other suggestions?

CORAL REEF 8:50
ROSE & CROWN 7:30

SHOULD WE DO MK AGAIN?
WE HAVE DINNER RESERVATIONS AT 5:10 AT KONA CAFE.

Other options I was thinking to do Downtown Disney? or Campfire at Fort Wilderness at 7pm

Sounds like you're packing a lot into those first 4 days - be prepared to be pretty tired.

I'd do the Rose & Crown dinner - good time for your reservation. Ask about a view for Illuminations. I'm assuming your tickets are not hoppers, so I think I would leave that Monday open and decide then what park you want to go back to. Maybe take some time to sleep in or swim or whatever.

Have you purchased party tickets yet for the Halloween party?

Have fun.

I'm not sure you will get all those attractions in within those time frames, but I've never been in Sept. so I don't know how busy the lines will be. Be sure to arrive EARLY for rope drop and do the roller coaster rides first as they get long lines, at HS you will want Toy story first, Epcot you will want Test Track and Soarin' first.

Yes, I thought it would be fun for the kids and especially since it is a special event! :)
Our kids love the Halloween event and what we did is get Dinner reservations at(Crystal Palace, it's a Buffet) the time the park is closing for people not attending the party and when your dinner is over you just get ready for the party because it's just you and the other staying for the Halloween party. This works out great and the Crystal Palace has a lot of different choices to choose from on their buffet. Hope this helps:D

We enjoyed Coral Reef. My daughter requested to do it again this year. If you can utilize a phone app for the ride wait times that will be a big help on saving time. Tony's isn't a buffet. We enjoyed our dinner there as well.

On the 15th I believe MK is open til 1 not Epcot.

Your schedule does sound quite busy. I would switch things up a bit.

Sept 12th - Relax, Check in, Head to DTD and spend time at Coronado it is beautiful and not the cheapest so enjoy the pool, your boys will love it. Enjoy dinner at Boma.

Sept 13th - Spend the day at Animal Kingdom (morning emh), Yak and Yeti is a great choice. Halloween Party at Magic Kingdom.

Sept 14th - Epcot, it is the best park for weekends. Handles crowds great. Won't feel crowded at all! Coral reef is a favorite of my fiance and I's but you cant go wrong with either!

Sept 15th - Magic Kingdom (night time emh) Tony's gets better lunch reviews than dinner so you should be fine. Crystal Palace is a great choice with characters!

Sept 16th - Hollywood Studios (night time emh) Has two fantasmic showing so you can maximize your park time. Hollywood and Vine is terrible! The reviews speak for themselves! Mama Melrose has awesome food, Sci-fi and 50's both have amazing atmosphere.) *You could also take a boat ride to the Epcot resort area and try Kouzzina by Cat Cora which might be different for your family if you've never tried Greek food*

Sept 17th Ohana is a great choice!

Don't overwhelm yourself! This is a vacation after all ;) My biggest regret of my first Disney trip was packing so much in. We were so tired! Sept is slow season so lines will be short. Enjoy it!

Sounds like lots of fun but you might not get everything done in one trip. So sorry but I'm going to be a little brutal. If you want to do Jedi training Academy send one parent with the children to sign up for it at park opening, they must be at the sign up and the other parent to get fp's for TSM. SR isn't a lunch place it's more a goody and coffee location, BL might be a good option or the places on Sunset Rosie's etc. Try and change your Fantasmic package to MM the food is sooooo much better than at Hollywood and Vile. BTW see if you can switch Tony's for CP the food there is better and it's an all you can eat character meal.

THURS, SEPT 12
ANIMAL KINGDOM DAY
It may be tough to do all of your attraction picks that morning.
I would definitely suggest getting Fast Passes for Expedition Everest, Kilimanjaro Safari, & Kali River Rapids.
LUNCH - I would suggest Flame Tree BBQ...although I have heard good things about Yak & Yeti too.
I would also get Fast Passes for Dinosaur & maybe Primeval Whirl.
I would suggest leaving after the parade, go check in, & relax at your resort.
DINNER at BOMA in Animal Kingdom Lodge (7:20 pm)

I would definitely suggest getting a Fast Pass for Toy Story Mania.
LUNCH - I would suggest Pizza Planet...I am not that crazy about it, but my kids love it...another suggestion is Sci-Fi, but it is a table service
I would also get Fast Passes for Star Tours, Tower of Terror, & RNRC

EPCOT DAY

BREAKFAST :Eat in room or quick breakfast?
It may be tough to do all of your attraction picks that morning.
I would definitely suggest getting Fast Passes for Test Track, Mission Space, & Soarin'
LUNCH - I prefer the table service restaurants at Epcot...Teppan Edo, Princess Storybook, &Garden Grill
If you want to do the Agent P experience in the WS, I would suggest setting aside a couple or hours or longer for that.
DINNER - I have heard that Rose & Crown is good, but have never eaten there...we are trying Coral Reef on our upcoming trip...I would suggest Teppan Edo, Princess Storybook, or Garden Grill
____________________________________________________________________________
MON, SEPT 16TH
I would suggest to MK again...you can never get enough time at the MK!

DINNER - 5:10 AT KONA CAFE
You could leave the MK & go back later that night.
I would suggest eating at 'Ohana or Chef Mickey's for dinner.
If you go to 'Ohana or Chef Mickey's, Chip & Dale's Campfire Sing-Along at FW is not that far...it may begin at 8:00pm...you might want to double check the schedule to make sure...that would give you a little extra time.

TUES, SEPT 17TH
GO HOME DAY

RESERVATIONS AT 10:30 AT OHANA - If this is for breakfast, you will enjoy it...the food & the characters are great!
